  • Fertility UK maintains a database of qualified fertility awareness practitioners throughout UK.

  • Most practitioners work from NHS general practice or family planning clinics.

  • Ideally couples should attend for instruction together.

  • To use fertility awareness / NFP to avoid pregnancy approximately six half-hour sessions will be required.
