The fourth cycle post-pill: This cycle demonstrates the importance of using the extended coverline
to identify the temperature shift.
There is a possible temperature shift on day 14 at the time when a shift might have been expected,
but although there are six low temperatures the shift is minimal.
The true temperature shift confirming ovulation occurs on day 23.
The high temperatures are a minimum 0.2 °C above the coverline which can be extended backwards over
all the low phase temperatures excluding the first four days of the cycle.
