The fpa Helpline Sexual Health Direct - Tel: 0845 122 8690 - is open Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm. It provides confidential advice on contraception and sexual health. The fpa helpline keeps a list of trained fertility awareness practitioners working in NHS Primary Care in UK.

A few independent pratitioners who charge a fee are also listed. Please ask for an appointment for fertility awareness / NFP with the named practitioner.
